The initial setup can be difficult and Shaw and Telus emails often have trouble sending emails.\u00a0 I have experience setting up the iphone, ipad, and android devices.\u00a0 The first step is getting your email and contacts to sync with your phone.\u00a0 For this I recommend using a gmail address.\u00a0 We setup a free gmail address and have your existing shaw\/telus email forward to the gmail address.\u00a0 This way you can keep your existing email address.\u00a0 I then import your contacts from your old email program into gmail.\u00a0 Once all your information is in gmail we can setup your device to synchronize all your emails, contacts and calender entries.\u00a0 <!--more-->If you receive an email on your computer it will also appear on your phone.\u00a0 If you delete an email on your phone it will be deleted from your computer.\u00a0 Any calendar or contact changes will also be automatically synced with your phone.\u00a0 The advantage to this setup is you do not need to plug your phone or tablet into your computer to have your information synchronized.\u00a0 I can also help you setup your music and give lessons on how the device functions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recently I have been helping a lot of customers setup their new smart phone or tablet device.
